            Emergency Maintenance- What is considered an emergency?

 

  • There is a fire of any kind.
  • You are locked out.
  • There is a broken water line that can NOT be shut off.
  • There is no running water in your residence.
  • There is a stopped up outside sewage line.
  • There is a clogged toilet - if there is only one toilet in the home.
  • No heat in your apartment - when the outside temperature is or will drop below 55 degrees.
  • No A/C in your apartment - when the outside temperature is or will get above 90 degrees.You are unable to shut and/or lock front or rear entry doors.You have a nonfunctioning smoke alarm.
  • There is no electrical power in the apartment.
  • There is a situation that could cause physical harm to a person.
  • There is a situation that could cause physical damage or further physical damage to the apartment.
