A Message from the Executive Director

Shana B. Demby, PhD, is the Executive Director of the Housing Authority for the City of Enterprise (EHA) and the Enterprise Housing Development Corporation (EHDC).

Dr. Demby brings extensive experience in U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) programs, including Public Housing, Housing Choice Vouchers Program, Homeownership Program, Capital Funds, and Development initiatives.

One of her primary goals for EHA is to promote an increased awareness of shared responsibility and accountability across the organization, strengthen operational performance while enhancing the overall quality of life for EHA residents.

A native of Enterprise, Dr. Demby earned her bachelor's degree from Georgia Southern University and holds both a Master's degree and a PhD in Human Resource Management. She is highly engaged in community service and currently serves on several local and professional boards. Dr. Demby is also a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated.
