Applicants
Enterprise Housing Authority leases One, Two, Three, and Four bedroom public housing units from our waitlist. If you are interested in being placed on our waitlist, you'll need to complete an application.
The Section 8 waiting list is closed.
The length of time you will remain on the waitlist depends on many factors. We encourage applicants to plan to wait a minimum of six months. Enterprise Housing does not have emergency housing.
Apply Online beginning June 2, 2026.
Step One: You will complete your application on our website by clicking " Apply Online".
Step Two: You should now set up your applicant portal account by providing an email address and creating a user name and password.
Step Three: You will complete a questionnaire about your and your household. Once complete, you'll submit your application.
Applications are downloaded once weekly by the Enterprise Housing Authority team. You will receive an email with further instructions once your application has been downloaded. It is important that you watch for this email and follow the instructions in order for us to be able to process your application. Failure to respond to the email within the provided timeframe will result in your application being marked inactive. Once an application is marked inactive, it is not reinstated. Please do not call for application status. We do not provide this information by phone. We will email you once your application has been processed and placed on the waiting list.
