Utility Allowances

Utility Allowances provide a calculation of the average consumption.  These are based on a utility survey, which is completed annually.  

The numbers for your utility allowance will change based on the type of residence leased, the utility provider, and what utilities the landlord provides.  

There are 4 different residence types - 

• Apartments - Multi-Level
• Apartments- One Story
• Detached Single Family Home
• Mobile Home
