HOUSING CHOICE VOUCHER MANAGER

The Enterprise Housing Authority (EHS) is seeking a qualified individual for the full-time position of Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Manager. Qualifications include 3-5 years' experience in public housing or property management, knowledge of HUD housing programs & regulations, Microsoft Office computer skills, communication and organizational skills, valid AL D.L., insurable. Bachelor's Degree in business administration, real estate management or other associated program from an accredited college or university is preferred. Office hours are Mon-Thurs 7:00a-5:30p.
