NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

In compliance with Section 511 of the Quality Housing and Work Responsibility Act (QHWRA) of 1998 and the Housing and Economic Recovery Act (HERA), the Enterprise Housing Authority established a Five-Year Plan for 2027-2031 and plans to review the status of the Plan in a Public Hearing.  The plan includes operating policies such as HOTMA, Fair Market Rent, and CFP Plans. The public hearing will be on Thursday, October 1, 2026, at 8:00 a.m.  The hearing will be held and the materials available for review at the Enterprise Housing Authority, Nell Court Office, 300 Mildred Street, Enterprise, Al.  Any person with a disability or other special needs may contact the EHA at 347-2538 for special assistance.  Public comments are invited, and all comments will be considered.

Notices were mailed to all PH and HCV Participants inviting them to the Public Hearing and Resident Advisory Board meeting following the Public Hearing on October 1, 2026. 

NOTICE OF ADVISORY BOARD MEETING

Immediately following the Public Hearing, we will hold a meeting of the Advisory Board for the Enterprise Housing Authority for a complete discussion of how the Five-Year Plan and other documents may impact our residents. 

All residents of Public Housing and all participants in the Housing Choice Voucher Program are invited and encouraged to attend and be an active part of the EHA Advisory Board.
