We want to start 2023 by saying "thank you" to our clients. Thank you for choosing Enterprise Housing Authority for your housing needs; we are delighted that you are a part of our extended family. If there is ever anything we can do to help make your living arrangements more comfortable, please reach out to us.

The new year is a fresh start for our office as well as for our clients.

First, we are excited to have two new members join our maintenance team this year, Mathew Hedrington and Quenton Caldwell. Second, entry doors will be painted. Third, we will continue to work on upgrading air conditioning units.

If you have any ideas or suggestions for improvements within our complexes, please be sure to attend the Public Hearing, which will be held in April. This is your opportunity to voice your opinion about changes in policies and procedures as well as what the Capital Funds Program looks like to you.

We all say, "I can't afford to get sick right now," whenever we get an inkling of a cold coming on. The staff is here to assist, but only if they remain healthy. If you feel sick, please do not visit the office. Instead of visiting the office, build up your immunity system by increasing your Vitamin C and E intake.

Stop by the office and put your name in the hat for the drawing. Deadline to enter will be February 1, 2023 at 5pm. Drawing will be held February 2, 2023 at 9am. The winner will be notified by phone and email (information provided).
