Maintenance Work Orders will be conducted following EHA's COVID procedures.

You will be required to be in a different room needing the repair (absolutely no contact with maintenance).                      
Maintenance will not enter your unit if individuals are in bed and the repair is in that room.

ENTERPRISE HOUSING AUTHORITY - SUMMER FEEDING PROGRAM

EHA will offer the Summer Feeding Program this year in partnership with Bread for Life Ministries.  Meals will be provided Monday thru Thursday beginning June 1 and ending July 30. If any adult is interested in volunteering to assist at your complex, please let me know.

ALABAMA COOPERATIVE EXTENSION SYSTEM

The Alabama Cooperative Extension System is hiring for 2 Regional Extension Agent positions, here in the Wiregrass. One position is a home grounds agent, the other is a row crop agent.

 

ATTENTION

The trash problem at our properties has gotten out of control. Each tenant is responsible for the area around your apartment. You must pick up trash in your area. You are responsible for your children and guests if they throw trash on the grounds. Be on notice that we will be writing tickets and issuing fines to tenants who do not comply. All of this is a part of your lease and non-compliance is a lease violation and subject to lease termination.

You are responsible for the appearance of the area around your apartment. Here are some other Reminders:

  • Indoor furniture cannot be outside the apartment.
  • Old tires, furniture and other discarded items cannot be outside the apartment.
  • No driving and/or parking on the grass. There are no exceptions!
  • Swimming pools, slip n slides, basketball goals and satellite dishes are prohibited.
  • No smoking in your unit.
  • Pouring grease down a drain or on the ground is prohibited.
  • Rent is due and payable on the 1st day of each month, and late after the 10th.
  • If you have any COVID - 19 symptoms or have been sick, you must call the office immediately and let someone know. This action will protect you and others.
  • Please notify the office prior Pest Control Service if you are on quarantine, not after.
  • Any guest after 14 days per Calendar Year is consider a live-in.
  • Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets in and outside.
  • Each tenant has only one parking spot, if you are having visitors, please ask them to park outside the driveway. Let us be mindful with our neighbors.
  • You Cannot wash your car in the complex.
  • Tiki Torches are not acceptable.
  • Large items should be put out the day prior to trash pickup not before. Any day other than thrash day, you will receive a $75 fine. (This amount is based on the City's collection fee).
  • ANY household changes must be reported within 10 days. Prior to vacating your apartment, we will need a written notice 10 days before you move.
  • SLOW DOWN while driving through the apartment complexes.
  • Maintenance charges must be paid within a month after the charged has been added to your account.
  • If you have a grill on your front porch or in your front yard, please move it to the back of your apartment TODAY.

KEEP IN MIND THE LAST DAY OF NON RENT PAYMENT PROTECTION IS JUNE 30, 2021. ALL PAST DUE RENT MUST BE PAID BY JUNE 30, 2021. TO AVOID EVICTION
